We had a great experience with Keith. He told us what day and time to expect him and he was on time. They installed two new outdoor outlets for us and investigated a sprinkler pump issue which turned out to be a pump issue and not electrical. They cleaned up after they were done. He provided a quote up front and stuck to that quote exactly. We would definitely use them again.
Absolutely the best electrician I have ever dealt with. He was professional and stepped in when another electrician didn't finish the job. We were displaced for a week and a half before he stepped in. He got us back in our home in under three days. I can't say enough about him. I'll be giving his card to everyone I know. My family is Truly grateful for everything he's done. If you're looking for an electrician he's your guy. He does everything to code and he goes above and beyond in everything he does.

Keith is a very polite and professional electrician. He applied every applicable business standard regarding my issue. He came out to inspect the problem and gave me a detail estimate. After I received, reviewed, and agreed to his estimate, he was out here to correct the problem a day or two later. He even came out after his normal 8-hour work day. He completed the job the same day. I highly recommend him for any electrical job and I intend to use him again.
Very professional. Came out on a Sunday morning. Figured out the issue and had it fixed in no time. Fees were very reasonable. Will definitely call for any electrical issues again.

Mr Cotton responded immediately to get us a complete estimate on the work we needed done. On the day of service Mr Cotton and his apprentice arrived exactly when they said they would be here and completed the job quickly and efficiently. There was even an extra repair we forgot to inquire about and they immediately fixed it as they had all of the items needed on hand. Very professional, quick and even loved having our dogs follow them around. Highly recommended for any electrical needs.
Keith is the absolute best. He shows when scheduled, understands the value of communication and acts accordingly, and if it has to do with electricity, he knows how to fix it. He’s worked for us at odd hours, sometimes long hours, and if you’re a client of his and you call, Keith will get there ASAP. He stands out (LIKE NEON) in the current dystopian, upside-down world we’re all trying to slush through. Nowadays, when what use to be the exception is more likely to be the rule- Keith is that outlier exception that does what he says and does it right. And, as if that isn’t more than enough reason to quit scrolling through Marketplace electricians and put Keith on speed dial, he’s a genuinely nice man. Keith did an amazing job for a fair price. Upon starting the work, there were other issues that arose from shoddy work done by a previous owner or contractor. Keith was able to assess the issues, and, he also had the materials to repair during the same visit. We will definitely use Risen Power for all of our repairs/projects moving forward.

The highly detailed review of the job to be done-installing new breaker box, running an 8A line for a new double oven, installing an over the cooktop light, installing 4 new bathroom fans, and more, plus discussing installing a generator for potential power loss- was impressive.
